How to purchase a hot tub JJSPA

What is good to know before visiting?

Your dream of a hot tub may soon become a reality. In order for the purchase to fully satisfy your wishes and needs, it is good to consider the following things:

• How many people will use the hot tub?
• How many beds and seats would you like?
• What is your budget?
• Where will your new massage pool be placed?
• What size pool is suitable for your space?
• What color of the pool would you like?
• When would you need a swimming pool?

By answering these questions, we will help you find the right jacuzzi easier and faster. When you visit our showroom and workshop, we will be able to explain the functions and operation of the hot tub to you using actual examples.

 

Creating an offer

After the tour, we will prepare an offer for the selected massage pool.  You can choose between different models, shell and frame colors and choose between different functions. In most cases, customers choose a shell of white color or an imitation of white marble. The frame can be anthracite or chocolate brown – depending on what suits the environment where the pool will be located.

Preparation of terrain or space

Your massage pool can be installed on a balcony, terrace, garden or closed space. The enclosed space should be well ventilated to prevent moisture and mold. Make sure that the building has a strong enough structure, as the average weight of a massage pool filled with water is around 1500 kg.

When placing it in the garden, make sure that the terrain is firmed and leveled. The maximum allowable slope is 10 mm on a length of 2 m. The hardened terrain can be covered with cobblestones, WPC or ceramic tiles for the terrace, poured with concrete,… – whatever suits your pocket and taste.

Consult with our sales representatives about the electrical wiring required to power the massage pool. 

 

Delivery

If your chosen jacuzzi is on stock, we will deliver it within one week. Before delivery, we test the pool and prepare it for transport. If the pool is not in stock or made to order, the delivery time is approximately three months.

We deliver the pool to your desired location on the agreed date. Before delivery, it is recommended that you take pictures of the route to the place of installation and send the pictures to our e-mail address so that we can prepare the appropriate equipment. Remove all obstacles that would hinder access to the installation site. 

If access to the location (higher floors, raised terraces) requires an elevator, you organize it yourself.

Assembly

On delivery day, our installers also assemble, connect and start the hot tub. They set the filtration cycles and other necessary functions for operation, and at the same time teach you everything you need to know to use the hot tub correctly.

Service

The first service starts after three months of using tyout hot tub. Call our company to make an appointment.
