We strive to provide you with the best products from reputable manufacturers, but if your purchased product does not work as it should, we can help. You can claim an actual defect if you believe that the product does not have the features necessary for its normal use.
A material error is the case when:
- the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation,
- the product does not have properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the buyer buys it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of,
- the product does not have properties and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- the seller has delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for notification only.
The suitability of the product is checked with another flawless product of the same type, but also with the statements of the manufacturer, the authorized repairer or the indications on the product itself.
At JJSPA, we will be happy to help you claim a factual error.
- Fill in Form for asserting a material defect. Describe in detail the defect or problem you have with the item in the form.
- Attach a copy of the invoice.
- The product for which you want to claim an actual defect can be brought in person to our office or sent by post.
- If you are returning the product by mail, first prepare it for transport. Protect the product properly before handing it over to the carrier. You must protect the product with the original packaging or packaging that can protect the product as well as the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Don’t forget to attach the Form for asserting a material defect and copies of the invoice.

Real error
If you want to return the shipment at our expense, do so by informing us via e-mail at spa@jjana.si. In the e-mail, you must attach a copy of the invoice and the form for asserting a factual error. If possible, in accordance with this agreement, we will send a delivery service to your address, which will pick up the shipment.
Attention: another method of forwarding (shipping) at the expense of jana splet, d.o.o. is not possible. All claims without attached documents will be rejected.
