In order to pick up your online orders, where you have chosen pick-up at the pick-up point as the method of delivery or pick-up, we will prepare the products within the agreed time. When the products are ready for pick-up, we will notify you by e-mail, SMS or by calling your phone number. All ordered products can be picked up at our office at Jana splet d.o.o., Kolodvorska cesta 16a, 1330 Kočevje, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Upon collection, payment can be made with cash or payment cards. Personal collection of products is free.
2. Delivery to address
Delivery of the ordered goods is made to the address you specified when ordering. In addition to picking up the package in person at the branch, it is of course also possible to send the products by mail, which can be delivered to your home or work or to the address of your choice. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Gold ekspres d.o.o., GLS and Pošta Slovenije. We reserve the right to choose a different delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.
Larger items, such as saunas or massage pools, will be delivered to you by the delivery service of JJSPA, upon agreement, to the desired location and at the agreed time. Make an appointment with the salesperson.
Delivery speed
Items ordered on our JJSPA website are shipped as soon as possible. Speed and convenience of delivery are crucial for us. How quickly the ordered goods will be delivered to you depends on many factors. If the ordered goods are in stock in our warehouse and you place the order by 10 a.m., the goods (small items) will be shipped from us on the same day. If we don’t have any of the ordered items in stock, your shipment will be shipped the same day we receive the items in stock.
About possible longer delivery times or undeliverable items, we will inform you via your phone number or e-mail. If a longer delivery time does not suit you, you can let us know and we will remove the item from the order or replace it with another one.
Due to the different deliverability of the items, the order can be divided into several shipments. We can ship them partially or all at the same time. For partial delivery, we will send you the items that are in stock immediately, and the others when they are available. In if you decide for partial delivery, we will charge you the cost of delivery for each shipment separately. We reserve the right to divide the order into several shipments due to different delivery deadlines for the items in the order. In this case, we deliver the ordered items to you individually in several shipments.
For items marked as Currently out of stock, we have no information on how quickly we can deliver them. Gold ekspres d.o.o. takes care of delivery, mostly on the next working day from the day of dispatch, but within three working days at the latest.
Larger items, such as saunas and massage pools, will be delivered to you by our delivery service at the agreed time.
Rights upon delivery
The seller fulfills his obligation under the sales contract by handing over the goods to the buyer or by transferring control over the goods to the buyer. If the seller does not fulfill his obligations within the agreed time limit, the buyer sets him an appropriate additional time limit for fulfilling the contract. If the seller does not fulfill his obligations even within the additional period, the buyer can withdraw from the contract.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract after the expiry of the agreed term without giving the seller an additional term to fulfill the obligations, if:
- the seller refuses to deliver the goods and, given the circumstances at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the agreed term is an essential component of the contract or
- before concluding the contract, the buyer informs the seller that the agreed term is an essential component of the contract.
- If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller will immediately return all payments made.
The risk of loss or damage to the shipped goods passes from the seller to the buyer when the latter physically receives the goods or when the goods are physically received by a third party who is not a courier and is designated for this purpose by the buyer. If the buyer ordered transportation from a carrier that was not offered by the seller, the risk of destruction or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
