INFRARED SAUNAS
They produce infrared light, which is the invisible light of the solar spectrum and is experienced as heat.
FINNISH SAUNAS
The Finnish sauna is a fundamental type of sauna, defined by dry air and high temperatures, and is one of the most popular saunas.
COMBINATION SAUNAS
A combined sauna is basically a Finnish sauna with added IR heaters. With the addition of a salt washer, we get a biological sauna.
OUTDOOR SAUNA
In addition to their healing and other beneficial effects, outdoor saunas offer a genuine contact with nature when well thought out.
STEAM SAUNAS
Steam or the Turkish sauna has high humidity, which also makes the heat seem higher. They have a generator that releases steam into the sauna.
BIO HERBAL SALT SAUNAS
Bio herbal salt sauna is a combination of bio, herbal and salt sauna. It combines the advantages of dry and steam sauna.
Planning a Home Sauna? Check the Technical Requirements
Before you fully immerse yourself in the ultimate comfort of your own home wellness sanctuary, find out just how simple and feasible installing a sauna at home really is. There is no need to worry about complicated construction work or high costs:
- Have 1 m² of space? That is more than enough for a smaller infrared sauna, which can easily be integrated into a bathroom or tucked away under the stairs.
- Simple electrical connection: Smaller models run on a standard household plug socket (230 V). For larger Finnish and combination saunas, simply prepare a cable for a three-phase power supply (400 V).
- Running cost? Less than a coffee: Thanks to premium insulation, a single home sauna session will only cost you between €0.40 and €1.80.
