With steam to health

The steam generator found in steam saunas needs water to operate. It gets this through a direct connection to the water network or has a special tank. The electric heater heats the water, which is released into the steam sauna via steam and heats it. We adjust the temperature and amount of steam via the control system.

Incredible health effects using a steam sauna are shown by reducing inflammation, improving blood circulation, reducing stress and improving the condition of the skin. Steam rooms create an environment that warms the mucous membrane and encourages deep breathing. Hot, moist air thus helps to clear mucus, opens the airways, and with added essential oils, we can conjure up real aromatherapy.

NIR

hranil. T orpipomore k hitrejšemu celjenju tkiva in zmanjšanju
bolečine.

FIR

FIR ali Far Infrared (dolga infrardeča) zajema žarke z valovno dolžino 3,000 nm – 1 mm. Ti žarki prodrejo najglobje in stimulirajo znojne žleze, kar pripomore k boljšemu izločanju toksinov.

Ta vrsta IR svetlobe poveča srčni utrip, spodbudi srčni utrip in pospeši metabolizem, kar se odraža tudi na hitrejši porabi kalorij.
