Salt therapy in the sauna JBZ180
The bio salt sauna is a version of the sauna that combines the properties of a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna. A special bio oven with a steam vaporizer is installed, and the optimal temperature in such a sauna is up to 65 °C.
Special walls covered with plates of salt crystals provide real salt therapy, which neutralizes the influence of electronic devices, helps with respiratory diseases, colds and allergies, as well as various skin diseases and conditions.
Himalayan salt aerosols trigger a natural ionization process when steam condenses and thus helps to reduce stress, increase energy and raise mood on a biochemical level.
NIR
NIR ali Near Infrared (bližnja infrardeča) je najkrajša valovna dolžina, ki celicam dostavlja energijo z žarki z valovno dolžino 800-1400 nm.
