The bio salt sauna is a variation of a sauna that combines the characteristics of a Finnish and steam sauna. A special bio stove with a steam evaporator is built in, and the optimal temperature in such a sauna is up to 90 °C.

NIR
NIR or Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength that delivers energy to cells with rays of wavelength 800-1400 nm.

MIR
