Infrared light is the invisible light of the solar spectrum that we experience as heat.

JJSPA’s newest halogen sauna heaters produce full-spectrum IR rays that penetrate the deepest tissue.

Unlike older ceramic heaters used by other manufacturers, JJSPA halogen heaters do not cause a burning sensation on the skin, and each of the three wavelengths – NIR, MIR or FIR provides many benefits for your health.

NIR or Near Infrared is the shortest wavelength that delivers energy to cells with rays with a wavelength of 800-1400 nm.

These rays reach just below the surface of the dermis, so they have many benefits for skin conditions. They promote wound healing, regenerate cells and thus accelerate tissue growth. They also alleviate various inflammations, improve the condition of wrinkles and stimulate collagen synthesis.

MIR

MIR or Middle Infrared produces IR rays with a wavelength of 1400 – 3000 nm. The rays are longer than NIR rays, so they penetrate deeper under the skin.

They penetrate soft tissues and help with inflammation and pain. They accelerate blood circulation, which means that the cells get more oxygen and nutrients. This helps to heal tissue faster and reduce pain.

FIR

Sauna JJSPA it has a built-in JJSPA control panel with the keys, through which you can manage all the functions of your sauna: turning the sauna and heaters on or off, regulating the temperature, setting the timer, playing your favorite music or listening to the radio via Bluetooth connection and changing the RGB lighting.

The use of an IR sauna can be significantly shorter compared to ceramic heaters thanks to the high intensity of the Full Spectrum technology (Full Spectrum Heaters). With temperatures up to 65 °C, the infrared sauna is also suitable for those who cannot stand the high temperatures of a traditional Finnish sauna.

Infrared light can enter the body at three different wavelengths: NIR, MIR and FIR.
